Newbie-Former 1968 Cutlass S owner

Hey, My first car was a 1968 Cutlass S 2 door HT. Wish I still had it. Tried once to find it but was not successful. I was cleaning out my garage last week and came across the original spare fuse card that came with it. Couldn't make myself throw it away. I found your forum and thought I would offer it to someone who has a '68 and would appreciate it. Free just pay shipping.

How generous.

Get a '68 and roll it under that baby and keep it.

Just make sure a guy who really wants it and has a '68 and/or hasn't registered today and has a few posts under their belt gets it.

If we see it for sale on a board or on evilbay after you get it your a$$ is grass and we're the lawnmowers.

I have a taker for the fuse card. I'd be really upset if I saw it on ebay or for sale on your forum. I an offering it for free in hopes someone would appreciate it. It is my last conncetion to my first car except for a few photos.

I am a member of FFcobra.com and there have been a few who have taken advantage of other's generosity there and later put the items up for sale. These folks are not highly respected.

I currently have a Factory Five Roadster I built in 2002. I had always liked the Cobra's. It is wicked fast and a real head turner, but is not a true classic like my Cutlass was. I would like to buy another 68 or 69 Olds Cutlass as a project, but funds and garage space are tight right now. I continue to look for a Olds project car from time to time. There is nothing like your first car. I was young and dumb and sold it.

I'll keep lurking here. Just cruising through the photos brought back some fond memories. Jamesbo - Awesome 69 in the photo!
