what year and model center consoles will fit the 64 f85 cutlass? And also what steering columns?

 

You did not say if it is an automatic or stick shift.

Column is 64-66 67 went to a colapsable column and had emergency flashers.

64-69 on a manual shift console (very hard and expense to come by these days)

64-66 on an automatic console. 67-69 you can probably make fit but is not correct. Point to be aware of 64-66 floor shift auto shifters have issues with the shifter shaft. Many will tell you it needs a new T handle. But, the problem is that the mounting tabs on the shifter shaft break off.
