Breakthrough for Canadian Science

This is pretty generic and really deals with Bureaucracy but if it breaks the rules on political discussion I apologize.
Peter

The CSIRO has (re)discovered the heaviest element yet known to science.
The new elementis Governmentium (Gv). It has one neutron, 25 assistant neutrons, 88 deputy neutrons and 198 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312.
These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lefton-like particles called peons.
Since Governmentium has no electrons or protons, it is inert. However, it can be detected, because it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact. A tiny amount of Governmentium can cause a reaction normally taking less than a second to take from four days to four years to complete.
Governmentium has a normal half-life of 2- 6 years. It does not decay but instead undergoes a reorganisation in which a portion of the assistant neutrons and deputy neutrons exchange places.
In fact, Governmentium's mass will actually increase over time, since each reorganisation will cause more morons to become neutrons, forming isodopes.
This characteristic of moron promotion leads some scientists to believe that Governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a critical concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as critical morass.
When catalysed with money, Governmentium becomes Administratium, an element that radiatesjust as much energy as Governmentium since it has half as many peons but twice as many morons. All of the money is consumed in the exchange, and no other byproducts are produced.

Now see - I was not picking sides, just commenting on the human's propensity for abdicating responsibility in general.

Except for the China/Japan, we traded our natural resources for 2 panda bears.

Only catch is we need to eventually give the panda's back. Gee, thanks?

Now ease up - this new element applies to all governments, whigs and torries. No bashing or else the mods will pull it for being political.
And actually the Canadian government is much better than most - try reading the Bermudian newspaper. Our past PM accepted 4 inmates from Gitmo with no consultation with the British Foreign Office, no consultation with the Opposition or the Governor. We still do not know what he got in exchange but suspect it was preferential treatment for either his doctor son who is in prison for sexual assault on patients in California, or his other son who is in prison in the US on drug charges.

Wow, that's something,

Alright, agreed, your new found element is definitely applicable elsewhere.

Now I wish I'd strike an oil well in my backyard like the Beverly Hillbillies did so that I could fuel this cutlass...

His name was Jethro, or was that the son? I can't remember
