Cutlass vs. Cutlass Supreme

This question may be answered elsewhere in this forum but I can't find anything definitive.

I have a '72 Cutlass Supreme and when sourcing things like headers, I see notes on from Hooker, Dougs and Hedman, that all say their tubes don't fit 'Supreme' or 'S' models. I can't find anything in the Chassis Service Manual that indicates any chassis difference between a Cutlass, Cutlass 'S', or Cutlass Supreme beside trim and appointments, and I've been under and around all three models and can't really see any difference.

The only time there is any obvious difference is between 2dr, 4dr and wagons. At least, based on what I know.

Can anyone shed specific light on that?

Thanks!

You are right. This question has been answered in this forum. About a hundred times.

The database is wrong. There is no difference in header fitment between A-body models.

Because there isn't.
