Despite my best efforts not to spin the rear frame to body cage nuts, 3 out of 4 spun. My question is what is the best spot to access the rearmost nuts? The two closet to the wheels look pretty straight forward, but the rear not as much due to the angle of the trunk floor and ribs. I was going to go thru the trunk, but it looks like I could probably go from the rear with the bumper off? I’m hoping to weld it back like it was never there once it’s done. Does anyone have a pic of what they did to get at these nuts?
Through the trunk is your best option. You can cut 3 sides of a rectangle to bend it out then fold back down to close it up. I didn't do it, but I had a parts car where that had been done.
In my build I needed to repair the actual frame mount on the body so cut that part away and replaced it with a section from the donor car.
This is looking from under the car, you can see the cage...
And this is how it looks with that section cut away:
I really don't think you'll have enough room to work by if you're just doing the cage nut from this angle unless you cut the whole section away, fix it off the car then weld it all back.

I see what you mean about the lack of room. Thank you for those pics it made it clear.
