Running New Fuel Lines with Return 1964 Cutlass
My Cutlass currently has the stock 5/16” fuel line. I want to run a new 3/8” steel supply and add a steel return line. This way I can run an external electric fuel pump with a regulator for my Holley 870 street avenger.
I want to use a stock fuel tank with a sump welded on to it. The sump will have two holes for fittings.
From what I have read, the body needs to come off the frame to replace the fuel lines as the factory would have.
I would like to avoid doing this. My question is to anyone who has creatively found a way to plumb new lines with the the body on the frame. Can any holes be drilled in the frame to allow access to run new lines?
