1964 Cutlass Fuel Line Replacement EFI Conversion

Hello All,

I have a 1964 2 door post car that I would like to replace the fuel lines for 3/8", and also include a return line for its EFI conversion. From what I've read, to replace the fuel line properly I need remove the body from the frame so I am planning to take on that project.

My question is whether anyone has recommendation for a company who carries a pre-bent line or if I am better off bending my own lines. Also If I bend my own lines, should I use stainless or mild steel lines? From what I read mild steel may be easier to bend? So I don't know if stainless steel is truly worth the extra work.

If you don't use a one piece fuel line you can replace it with the body on. Use the existing line for the return.

Couple of ideas: on my 64 Pro Touring I used Parker 3/8 Push Lock and on the 67 1/2 steel braided line, both have Carbs-no EFI system but easy to work with if your building from scratch.
