64/98 has a little knocking from the rear

Hi

I have been under the car (in the driveway so far) trying to locate the cause. No luck this time. While considering drive to work, where I have better room to have a look at the car, I thought I would ask you experts here..

When going own the road, useally best at low speed, and ofcause with a little rough/slightly uneven road maybe with a few small potholes in it, I have this slight knock from the rear. The knock is not much, and is only there when then the rear are trying the give me a smooth ride. I guess it could be bush in a controlarm, but what ells could make the rear knock when driving down the road?

If it is a controlarm.....where do I source them for a 64/98, or can I hunt down some from another GM?

I notice you've posted in the Custom/Aftermarket Suspension Forum. It might help to know what kind of setup you have.

Have you checked your body bushings?

Loose or defective rear shock absorber or loose junk in the trunk?

X 2. Have you had a good look at the shock mounts back there?
