Cany anyone identify these front disc brakes?

My 67 442 has aftermarket single piston front disc brakes (MotorWheel Centrifuse rear drums). I haven't been able to identify them using the rotor part number (5514B-2). It's 10.5 inches, one piece rotor/hub. One pad clips to the outside of the caliper, the inside pad floats with a single clip at the bottom. The pad part number is a partial which a Chevy part guy said might be from late 80's truck. I bought some for a C1500; they were close but not quite right. No part number on the caliper other than a "T" on both and "R" on one and "L" on the other. The pads still have meat and the rotor was able to be turned. So I'm good for now but at some point will need to take action. I'm guessing everything came in a kit (including spindles and mounting plate) made for GM as I have SuperStock wheels (more on that in a future post). Any ideas?

Duralast brand (Auto Zone) has a rotor part number 5514. The size seems similar. Maybe check into that and see what it fits then search pads for that. Your pads have MD215 printed on them. There are Duralast MKD215 pads that look a lot like yours.

Thank you oldoldss. I actually bought these exact rotors (and another, identical set from NAPA); turns out the hub hole is too large for my spindles and the "hat" is too tall. The corresponding pads fit my caliper but they are slightly wider than what I have and the caliper/pads wouldn't fit over my rotor.
