I am looking to replace the complete parking brake cables on my 66 dynamic before long and I remember seeing a post on here of a business who was making them, in fact I am sure I contacted them but lost the original email I had back. Can someone refresh my memory please? Thanks.

 

I got the cables for my 67 Delta from RockAuto.

 

I can't seem to find the cables on Rockauto anymore for some reason.

 

Try 1968-70 Oldsmobile 88 Entre Parking Brake Cables Kit, OE – Inline Tube

Edit: It looks like Inline does not reproduce the 66 cables except for an E body.

Call inline and ask if they can make you a new set if you provide them your oem set. They provide this service for brake lines.

 

Well shoot, they don't list them anymore. That's disappointing. The OEM part numbers and lengths are as follows:

Front P/N 400361 42"
Intermediate P/N 385857 131"
Rear (x2) P/N 389711 (no length listed)

Note that the rear cable above is listed for 1965-67 cars. The 68-70 cars have a different P/N for that cable. No, I do not know what the difference is.

Thanks Tri- Carb for your help, I have ordered the centre cable from Auto parts Obsolete today. Although I am based in the UK I have a shipping address in New Hampshire with Stackry and then ship everything I need over to the UK in one hit.
