Quarter window seal replacement question...
I bought new quarter window seals for my 72 Supreme and as yet have not replaced them .I've tried but getting the old ones off seems difficult. These are the seals that run slong the front edge of the rear quarter window. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I might accomplish this without breaking the glass or causing some other undue damage?

the rubber part slides out of the chrome part no need to remove the whole chrome piece from the window. If you do need to remove the chrome part use heat IIRC it's just held on w an old school thick double sided tape like material
