Rear bumper looks good. It's fitted in there perfectly. I'm not sure how much trouble it will be to pop the dent out? You'll have to put it on a piece of wood so you don't scratch the chrome on the outside. But the metal is thick, so you'll probably be needing a sledge hammer of some sort to get the dent out.

The front bumper looks like it was pressed in, in the middle. It's the only explanation I can think of for having both sides pointed outward.

the front bumper was bent like that when my father was parking in the garage, he had a stroke or something and floored the gas and hit the back wall of the garage, so do u think the front bumper is saveable?

Yes , sorry I didn't say so. I'v pounded them out with a hammer but the press is much kinder if you take your time. Just my experience .

Hopefully the rust isn't to bad, I would scrape it off and maybe run a wire wheel over it. You might be able to use a small sandblaster on the backside. Then some epoxy primmer follow'd by paint?? Just some ideas off the top of my head.
