I think Mike Siedlik is reproducing them. I can take photos after the foot of snow clears away from the garage. Original stuff will be very rare and expensive these days.

I appreciate it but you can take your time I have been looking off and on for the past 5 months and I can not even find a photo. I purchased a tri-carb setup that has a glass filter when it arrives I will post a few photos. Do you have a tri-carb installed in your car? The original glass filter is a nice to have but what I really need is the bellcrank and carburetor rod. Do you know if anyone is reproducing them?

Thank you all very much for the technical assistance I truly appreciate it. Run to Rund your bellcrank can you measure the center to center distance from the carburetor rod hole to the hole just below it and in one of the photos you show two fuel filters what are they from. I believe the lower section of the bellcrank is the same as the 4 barrel. If I can't find it I will have someone make one or two bellcranks as I work in a machine shop. Wmachine that site you posted is great I spent several hours last night on it.

If you co to Wild About Cars "Factory Publications Section" http://wildaboutcarsonline.com/cgi-b...=9900334159517

And use the "search" button (red, in the upper left) and enter "tri-carb", you will get the followint results:

(2) instances of Factory Photos
Service Guild Training Guide for the Tricarb, which has plenty of photos

Those filters and lines are for Tri Carb engines. The L bracket for Tri Carb cars is longer from carb rod to pivot (2") than Quadrajet cars.

The distance will be 2" not 4 bbl plus 2". I don't have any 4 barrel L brackets for comparison.

First off, your GBFF [glass bowl fuel filter] is close, and adequate, but the fine details differ from the AC422 as seen above. This will of course cause great wailing and gnashing of teeth if you have the car judged. Otherwise, it'll be fine. Note, on the real one, the large diameter and finely knurled bail ****. Also, the mounting boss is round at the bolt, and a large hex under that, on the real one. The "close" one has sort of a square boss with corner protrusions.

The L69 intake looks great, carbs look pretty well done, but I would be suspicious of the work ddone by a person who uses teflon tape on inverted flare fuel fitting.

PS if you ran across any extra CARBS in your search, I got an intake that needs everything else.

I redid a '66 a few yrs ago, we had to lengthen the bellcrank arm; I did this by welding on the extra length. For the rod, I welded one up out of two more common units, based on a drawing from a friend out west.
