Hey everyone. Due to my recent issues with the brand new generator and regulator, I'm choosing to convert to an alternator. I was wondering what bracket people are using as the stock one either needs changed or modified for use with it due to the belt position.

 

I used a pipe nipple to fill the void - cheap and simple. Ron

 

Brackets from a 63 or 64 394. Late 62 also had alternators. Keep in mind brackets are different between non-AC and factory AC.
