66 Olds Chassis Service manual says aim for 1/32 of interference between the body and door wedges. My 98 frame bends going over some bumps. These seem to help.

Trimlok 1.75" flap seal installed on frame rail. Invisible when top is up, but doesn't want to stay in place. 3" length flap seal is on order to get it to tuck in on top of the top pads without intervention.
