Help identifying Wheel brand/style

I have these wheels on my 72 Cutlass. Trying to replace them with the same ones as the have a lot of scratches. The Fiancée likes them so I’m sticking with them. Thanks

How bad are the scratches?
You may be able to find somebody or a detailer that may be able to fix the scratches cheaper than buying new wheels?
