Hello, I would appreciate some help. We have a 1970 Delta 88 Convertible. Currently, the jack and spare are loose in the trunk. I am having trouble finding a photo of how to properly stow them and what hardware I need to buy. I am hoping someone here can help me out, please.
A picture of all the jack components and the jack would be helpful. From the picture I don't believe that is the correct jack.
There should be a base/foot for the jack, the jack, a bumper attachment, a combo tire iron, jack handle, hubcap remover, tie down hook and a large wing nut.
Have this, taken from a '67/'68 full size. Maybe it is the same for your car. Am sure an expert here will know, am frankly a Generalist. Dave S. las Cruces NM
Thank you for the information on stowage and stickers. I was asked about the jack. Here is another shot of it. It is like nothing I have ever seen. The hook appears to be built into the jack.
I guess I will look for an original jack from another car. In the meantime, I will use a J hook and wingnut and a large washer to hold down the spare. The attachment loop is toward the right, passenger side of the trunk floor.
