After two new carbs (first carb was puking fuel and had to be returned), points, plugs, wires, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, shoes, shocks and brakes:
Here's a short vid of the Vista Beast running as it should. I can now lay a 50' strip of rubber no problem now.

Manifold vacuum is a bit low, but I'm attributing that to the cam as the engine isn't burning oil or suffering from low compression. Next on the list mechanically is a high torque mini starter, I think the original starter is on it's way out.
