Rear 3 piece glass removal

Hello, New to group. Need help/ advice on removing the rear 3 piece glass and trim without damage.

I think you will find your answer in this book.
1957 Buick Fisher Body Service Manual | eBay
It's for a Buick, but Buick and Oldsmobile shared the same Fisher "B" body.
So the procedures would be the same.

Screws hold small plates that push the glass/rubber outward, from the inside. Remove the glass from the inside, the trim just fits over the pinchweld around the opening. Remove from inside or out.

57 Olds service manuals are on ebay and it explains how to do it. Not very hard to do. Chopolds has it right.

Th hard part is getting the trim off, with all that gooey shmutz the factory puts on, to seal the glass!
