Hi Dennis, A major step forward to get body and chassis back together. Keep sending photos as you make progress. Always fun to see Builds getting done. I do miss the convertible but am enjoying the ability to focus on the machining hobby. recently sold the 10 inch Logan and purchased a 12 inch Clausing and a K O Lee surface grinder. I've been using the mill to make some parts for the surface grinder which is sort of a project.

Jerry, nice to see you are still watching this thread, it is your baby after all!

It seemed to take forever to get to this point, but it finally happened. I still need to fab up the motor mounts, and then it's on to finish the body work and get the sheet metal back on it. Going to Hershey in October to meet a guy from Ohio for rear fenders and radiator support, all NOS. Might even get a right front fender from him as mine is a little twisted up. Getting closer by the day!

Glad to see you are still having fun playing machinist.

Dennis

Boy, has a lot changed since I last posted here. I haven't stopped working on my car, just stopped updating my build thread! Sorry for that, but here are some new pics of where it's at today.
Got the dash all rebuilt, with a couple updated gauges.

Installed and started wiring it up.

Don't hate me, but decided to go with a big block Chevy

And this is where I'm at as of today. Probably not going to get anything more done til spring hits. No heat in my garage!
