have a 87 cutlass . i changed the motor and trans 355/350 turbo ..hook up the shiftier rod and its to short ..only have reverse and park ..no more adjustment left on it ..im running the looks like a u shape shift linkage on the trans ...LOOKING FOR HELP TO GET THIS RIGHT

 

Some one knows what i need ..do i need the bracket off a 200r and not the 350 ?
