The pipe that runs along the passenger side valve cover for heat is sitting in my trunk, replaced by a very long hose by a previous owner.

How is this pipe supposed to be mounted? I see a tab that's been cut off of mine. I'd like to reinstall this pipe so I don't have the dangling hose.

Multiple pictures of your correct 66 would be appreciated!

 

My PO did the same thing - here is the ASM diagram of the hose assembly. I'll get a pic of the metal pipe as well
