Painting dash near bottom of windshiEld

I wanted to put a rust preventing paint along the dash where it meets the w/s, there is some surface rust in there. Any advice on what kind of brush to use that can fit, especially in the corners? I don’t want to spray paint if possible

Buy a pint of Por-15 or equivalent, take a small plastic handled brush, heat the handle with a butane torch or heat gun, bend the handle to the desired angle to get down in there. The alternative is to do it right....Remove the windshield for complete access to it.

God Bless
