1978 Toronado thermostat housing hose?

Looking to replace the hose at the end of my Thermostat Housing on my 78 Toronado but can't find it anywhere, it must be just a regular heater hose? What size is it?

Thanks.

Just take it off, measure the ID, and go to an auto parts store and buy about a 6 inch length of heater hose of that ID. Cut it to the needed length and install it.

It's just a length of 3/4" heater hose.

Thanks for your replies. I ordered the Gates 3/4" 50ft hols so I can change the hose that use it in all my cars.

Be aware that the inlet hose to the heater is 5/8". The outlet is 3/4".

The inlet coolant is at higher pressure, so the hose can be smaller. Also, this helped prevent incorrect hose attachment on the assembly line.
