Steering Clearance Issue

I have an "overseas" front suspension (it was on the car when I bought in Jan 2024). As you can see the part of the steering in Yellow is contacting the lower control arm in Red. Is there any fix to this besides junking the "overseas" suspension? Can part of the "tab" in Yellow be cut down to clear the suspension? The only time that I have an issue with it is when I am trying to do a tight turn. Thanks!

I posted this elsewhere and found out that this is a fixed travel stop. You learn something new everyday!

If it is contacting on only one side, then your steering box may not have been centered prior to the alignment.

It's on both sides.
I didn't notice it last year because the tires where hitting the HD sway bar. Then this year I did a front disc brake conversion (which pushed the rims/tires a little wider) and now the tires don't touch the sway bar but now the steering stops work again. LOL

Yep. Mine did the same.
It had a date with my grinder.
