I have a 1965 oldsmobile starfire
and I can`t find after market sway bars like hotchkis for it.
anybody know if other years might fit.

 

The 1965-70 Olds full size cars have a unique chassis and suspension. They are not even the same as those used under the same year Impalas, so the Chevy parts don't fit. The stock front bar is 1". The very rare Police Apprehender bar is 1 1/16". The police package also had a factory rear bar that is equally rare. UMI sells a rear bar for these cars, but it is really just the narrower A-body rear bar with spacers. Not an ideal design structurally, but probably better than nothing.

Yeah, the Police Apprehender parts are almost unobtanium. I moved your posts to their own thread since the original one you resurrected was about a 1964 Cutlass.
