Sway bars for 1965?

I haven’t got my newly acquired 65 F85 v6 home yet to look it over better but I’m assuming sway bars were not standard back then? I’m wondering if they might be a welcome addition for general driving? Just front? Front and back both? I added a front sway bar to my previously owned 68 ford and I immediately noticed straight line driving improved. I found it no longer had a constant annoying gentle left right sway on a secondary highway that was uneven level.

Front sway bar was standard - on the V6 cars it was 13/16". Rear bar only came with the W29 or B01 packages.
