Carburetor Referral

Has anyone done business with, or know anyone who has done business with, by purchasing or having a carb rebuilt by either Mark Smith of O.E.M. Carburetor, or by Philip Cancilla, of Custom Rebuilt Carburetors? If so, I'd appreciate any comments, or recommendations, good or bad.
