Does anyone make one?

 

Blower Drive Service, Hampton Blowers, and others sell BBO and SBO supercharger setups. Primarily they modify a single plane carb intake and weld on a thick aluminum plate to mount the 6-71 style blower. The blower drive is pretty much custom. Mondello used to do centrifugal blowers, primarily for the 403 T/A crowd. There unfortunately isn't enough of a market to support a variety of kits. You'll pretty much need to custom built one.
