As some of you know i had some knocking going on with my 350.. today it got really loud like bad real quick, so i decided to pull the intake manifold which ive wanted to do for a while know just curious to see what the inside of that motor looked like... i was suprised to see a pretty clean motor but a few things didnt look right.. i was hopeing to find a broken lifter or something super obvious... no luck

Well, first off congratulations on getting the intake off there.
The knock or tap could be a stuck lifter, or could be more serious. Depends on the actual noise. Chances are you are going to have to delve more deeply than this to find answers. Could be anything from worn bearings to sloppy pistons, spark plug not firing.....
It is nice and clean looking in there, which usually means it received regular oil changes/mtce.

I don't think that's your problem. The ones that are tight could just be under load. What I'm thinking more and more based on your initial description is you have spun bearings or a connecting rod problem. That means you'll likely have to pull the engine and rebuild. That's my opinion and I'll tell you I'm not a mechanic, but I pull wrenches on my cars and I bet I'm right.
