Oil filter housing - must remove exhaust manifold

Hi all,

Considering swapping in a new oil filter housing gasket (olds 350). Looks tight with the exhaust manifold. Anyone know if I can swap this w/o removing exhaust manifold? Its a 76 cutlass, has cross over pipe and head pipe plumbed to that right side exhaust manifold.

Thanks!

You should be able to access the three bolts without removing the manifold. I would start by unscrewing the filter and removing the torque converter dust cover to improve access. That 1976 manifold isn't doing you any favors. You might also consider removing the strut that runs from the frame to the crossmember on that side.
