looking for front oil seal

I'm looking for the crankshaft seal that fits inside the timing cover of a '71 350. I can't seem to find one. Unless it's this one:

Thanks guys

That seal will come with any timing gasket set and with any full gasket set.
Since you took the engine apart to regasket it, I must assume that you've bought one of these.
It's a standard seal, so knowing the dimensions, you could easily get one from a number of other sources if you needed to.

Nope, didn't come with mine. But I didn't buy a set. Is the rockauto correct then?

Any seal listed for an Olds 260, 307, 330, 350, 400, 403, 425, or 455 from FelPro, Reinz, or any other brand, from any supplier, including your local parts stir, should be fine.

Yes, that is correct. Fits every Olds V8 from 1964-1990. I would also recommend the balancer repair sleeve (National P/N 88199) if there is any scoring on your balancer where the seal rides.

Oh, so that's what that is. It kept coming up in my search. Thanks for the tip joe, I'll take a look at the balancer.

I'd get the sleeve either way. If you don't need it today .. you will sooner or later.
