Help with sensors

I just removed these sensors/sending units from my 68' Olds Cutlass with a Rocket 350 and would like to know exactly what they are for (have an idea but would like to get them confirmed). The first 3 pictures are of the sensor I removed from the top front of the manifold (oil press.?) Also what would be the difference with it having one lead or two leads coming off of it? The last 2 pictures are of the sensor I removed from the top of the water pump housing (coolant temp.?). Again, what's the difference with it having one lead coming off of it as opposed to having 2 leads? One thing to mention, the car has the factory dummy lights if this has anything to do with the 1 lead coming off of the sensors. Any help would be really appreciated! Thanks.

The top is designed to run one lead or two... you only need one lead therefore you only have one connector.

@ Eric, the sensor in pictures 4 & 5 was taken off the top of the water pump. It doesn't make sense to me for it to be oil pressure or am I missing something here? I agree with pictures 1-3 being water temp. though since it was taken from the top of the intake manifold. Thanks for your feedback though. I really appreciate it.

In reality these are not "sensors" but "sending units"... pretty simple units.

@ krooser, thanks. My plans are to replace the factory dummy light gauges with some nice aftermarket Auto Meter gauges to keep a closer eye on things. I like to see actual (fairly accurate) readings on temps. and pressures.

Could you tell me where I can find the water temp. sensor? I've searched online for it, but all the part pictures do not resemble the original I pulled from the intake manifold.

Yeah, you are missing the fact that is WASN'T taken off the top of the water pump, it was removed from the block ABOVE the water pump, where the driver's side main oil gallery runs. It is an oil pressure sender.

You're correct. My mistake, it was removed from the block above the water pump. Thanks.
