Hello,
First thanks for the help in the past, we are making progress. I hooked up a pressure tester to the Schrader valve and turned on the ignition. I got roughly 40 psi, however it immediately started to move downward and withing a minute or two had dropped to 36 psi. Normally I would run the tests on the regulator, however it appears to be under the intake manifold gasket. Any ideas with just this much info? Thanks in advance.

You know the pump is good since you see pressure at the schraeder valve. Get to the fuel pressure regulator by removing the upper intake manifold.

To remove upper intake manifold do you just need to remove bolts? Will I need a new gasket or anything else? Thanks much.

Yes, make sure you use a new gasket.
