Correct spark Plugs gap and options

I have a 1969 cutlass S convert. It has been completely restored farm off. All original car except electronic ignition added. Car runs fine but has a small skip. I have done vaccum test fuel pump etc...all check out. All parts such as fuel tank, lies etc have all be replaced. The plugs that are in the car are ac delco r455's. Does anyone know the correct gap on these plugs this is a 350 with 2bbl. Are there better plug options?
