so my delta has been all tuned up and running good and I got the timing checked and the valve train inspected by a more experienced mechanic than myself, I replaced the egr, but it started making this ticking noise again, I took a video where u can here it, it only occurs at speeds above 35 mph, can someone help me figure this out?

If u can't hear it in the video put ur ear up to the speaker it's definitely audible
