3711 Intake
If one was to install a 3711 intake, the one with the choke and EGR valve provisions, would they be able to use a edelbrock carburetor if they ran a 1 inch spacer and blocked off the EGr and carb heater?

Yes, im going to run a 750 Holley and will use an 1" adaptor plate.
Here it is with my 600 Holley on it just to fit up parts.
