307 exhaust manifold removal

I have had a 1985 delta 88 for a while. I don’t really mess with it as much anymore bc I have a 84 98 coupe that’s in a lot better shape but one thing that has bugged me about the delt pretty much since I bought it is the wicked exhaust leak it has. Originally i planned to do an engine swap in this car so i wasn’t worried about fixing it but I’ve been thinking about trying to fix it recently. The manifold on the passenger side has a big crack in it causing the leak. My question is can this manifold be changed with the motor still in the car or would it be easier in the long run to pull the motor up out of the car to do it
