unless it has a very hot cam, it needs a little work. I would drain the gas out of the tank and clean the tank, blow the lines out, replace fuel filters, definantly pull carb apart and see if anything is left. make it nice and clean inside. I hope you pre oiled the motor before you got it running, ive seen engines go as far as bend pushrods from not being oiled after sitting for years and starting them up

Pull the carb apart = rebuild the carb. not a bad idea. (but do a tune up first.)

the car will need a full tune up cap, roter, wires. oil change and all.
might not be a bad idea to run some Seafoam or marvels mystery oil through it before you change the oil. (years ago I would have put a quart of kerosene in it for a few minutes before the oil change.)
it doesn't sound to bad for sitting that long, for now K.I.S.S it (keep it simple stupid)and stick to the basics.

Someone mentioned tuneup but no points and condensor replacement?
Hard to tell from video whether it has the original setup. Also set timing and dwell if it still does.
