On the picture the mark and slot on the right is 0. The center slot is 5 and the mark and slot on the left is 10* BTDC. With dwell set at 30* timing settings for a points distributor is 7.5* BTDC with vacuum advance line removed and plugged. With a non-stock distributor it depends on how much mechanical advance is built into it.

Your picture is the 1965-up tab (which, by the way, is marked "10" and "0" if you look at that photo). The OP has a 1964. ASSUMING he has the original engine and the passenger side timing tab, it is different from the one you posted. It still is marked "0" and "10", however, with the middle being "5" degrees. Obviously set the timing to the correct advance for your application, fuel, compression, etc.
Of course, the 1964 damper has the timing mark in a different spot from the later dampers, matching the passenger side tab. Also be sure the outer ring is not starting to slip.
