Does anyone know of any available production intake manifolds for the BBO? Or do you have to fabricate one from an existing manifold to accept a 6-71 or 8-71 blower? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would ask Peyton Hunt at PDD. The one pictured looks more like a conversion than a designated blower intake.

 

The only dedicated blower manifolds for a BBO were made by M/T and Sharp in the 1960s. All manifolds you find today, like the ones from BDS, are modifications of the Offy dual quad intakes.

I owned a BDS conversion manifold at one time. I though it was a well made piece. They pop up used once in a while. I bought mine at a swap meet. good luck.
