the more the better.

Jerry, you can pick the majority of the rules and I’ll give you a 1/4 point compression advantage. who wouldn’t want to see two or more Olds engines competing head to head on the Dyno?

we can do factoring so different cubic inches can be compared to each other ,,hp, TQ and averages per cubic inch over a specific rpm range

 

I'd like to see you build a 455 in the same style as your 307 build, that would be very interesting!

 

Where have I said I build engines? I have specifically stated, MANY times, that I do not do this. We are supplying data to people, free of charge, to make them smarter. You are very obviously threatened by this and attempt to shoot holes in everything I post. I post data from just about every configuration we've ran on the dyno. I've never said said I'm smarter or better than anyone with regard to this, I generate information, real data/facts, and then publish them. There are a few theories here and there, but very few. Let me post two sentences from page 8 in write up number 1 "Also, none of us are professional engine builders, and none of us will build an engine for you if you ask. Sure, we build our own engines, but it ends there. We are not in any way doing this to generate business for ourselves, we are doing it for the knowledge of the “Olds Community”."

I will NEVER lower myself to your level of trying to make myself look good by attempting to make others look bad. This is a violation of marketing 101. I'm not trying to make myself look good. I'm spending well into 5 figures of my own money to provide information to people with no expectation in return. I answer some of their questions along the way that I feel the testing we have done provides answers to their specific questions. That's it. I am retired from my "day job". I have no desire to be in any competition. I have on desire to start a business building engines. I'm just trying to help people. You need to not feeling threatened and stop your attacks.
