If you don't care about originality you can order from Kanter. They have seatbelts available in a number of colors with the "newer" style and "older" style buckle.
BTW, you need to be sure rear belts were available in your car from the factory. If they weren't then you need to modify the floor pan to mount the seatbelts safely.
