Depending on what you're willing to spend there is a conversion company that takes your radio and puts modem internals, Bluetooth 5, high output wattage and even a module that allows the radio to stay on until you open the car door. I came very close to buying a few years ago. I'll find a link and post shortly.

There are several places that do the conversions, there was a guy in Illinois not far from my last job, best price for full conversion.
