Good luck with that. The 65-70 full size cars are unpopular and thus there is little market for the header manufacturers to spend money on development.

You can make them using one of the DIY header kits if you have decent fabrication skills.

You should be able to find DIY header kits for an Oldsmobile engine from suppliers like Summit.

Why Headers and not just factory style dual exhaust. I assume you have a BB engine?

A 425 is a BB. The Left side factory style dual exhaust S manifold is reproduced and available from Thornton. The right side manifold is the same for all 67 BB engines in the B body. The crossover pipe is capped and you have a factory style dual exhaust. The auto shift linkage may need modification if using stock pipes on the drivers side. A muffler shop can bend pipes to clear the linkage on this side. Headers are not my first choice for a street car/daily driver.

than my question,

my 69' olds 88 have molded sections in the chassis for dual exhaust.

it's a 350 4bll, autoshift.

what is the easiest and better to get dual exhaust with balancepipe.
2 seperate headers with seperate exhaust ore cut the exhaust after they come together and split them again.

and what size's of diam. is recommended, if the olds is reasembled again i'm going to make a exhaust of rvs steel.

The Delta 88 and Delmont 88 are both B bodies. Oldsmaniac has a good point, standard dual exhaust manifolds are a good choice for a street driven car. I've only heard good things about Thornton. Plus, you don't have to worry about manuafacturing anything.

For a street cruiser with the smallblock 350 you can run dual exhaust. One pipe on each side with no joining. You can use 2inch or 2.25 inch pipe. If you want to add a crossover/balance pipe it would be your choice but not necessary in my opinion. On a 350 engine you do not need the S manifold that the 425 would require.
