You can cut the back out of a stock one to fit. You can also get one from a 74-77 and will fit as is. I have one from a 77 I would sell for $25 plus shipping. The only problem with the 74-77 is that the hot air pipe will not work because the snorkel comes out the wrong side.

Here are a couple pictures of a stock one I cut in the 90s. You could box it back in with the part you cut out with a little fab work.

Or you can leave your point ignition intact, and maybe add an aftermarket electronic pickup, like a Crane or Pertronix, if you really need to have something electronic under your hood.

I have the chrome breather on it now, looks out of place with everything else black and gold. HEI was already installed when I purchased the motor. Jensen, I'll take it how do you want payment? BTW converted to electric choke

Scotch-brite and black paint would take care of that chrome if you really feel the need.

Looks like you will need to go with lunaboys air cleaner. After looking at the one I have, I think it is for an older toronado or something. The indention is not large enough for the HEI like the 74-77 is.

I put a spacer between the air cleaner and the carb and it worked great. No problem with the hood closing. It was about 20 years ago and was a simple solution. I am sure somebody still makes the spacer. It was so long ago, I bought it at Supershops.
