Phil, if you post a photo of the switch and where it is mounted to the door panel, I will check my stock and see what I have... I didn't pull any switches out since you said you were purchasing one online...

JOHN, I DID GET ONE ON LINE AND THE SWITCH IS CORRECT AS FAR AS THE PLUG IN END BUT WAY TOO BIG TO FIT INTO THE HOLE IN THE PANEL. THE ORIGINAL BOLTED UP FROM THE BOTTOM. I WILL TAKE A PICTURE OF IT AND SEND IT TO YOU. THIS SWITCH HAS TWO SMALL BOLTS UNDERNEATH HOLDING IT UP FROM THE BOTTOM INTO THE PANEL ON THE DOOR. THESE ARE THE BEST I COULD DO. THEY ARE A LITTLE BLURRY BUT YOU CAN SEE TWO "EARS" STICKING OUT AND POINTING AWAY FROM THE SWITCH AT BOTH ENDS ON OPPOSITE SIDES. . THE SWITCH PANEL IS HELD IN BY ONE PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS AT THE REAR. IF YOUR SWITCH HAS TWO SMALL BOLTS HOLDING IT UP TO THE PANEL FROM UNDERNEATH THEN IT IS THE RIGHT SWITCH. THANKS FOR THE REPLY JOHN. PHIL SCOTT

John, i will send you a pic of where the switch is mounted in the car when it gets light out. It is in a panel on the left drivers door in the front of the arm rest. The power window switches are in the same panel. The door lock switch is the front switch by itself.

Thanks john. I really appreciate the help;. Hard to find things for these cars since most have been destroyed. I want to keep it original and everything working. Thanks again.

If you are still interested, you can email me at: DIEHARDOLDS@NYCAP.RR.COM to discuss cost and finalize payment and shipping details... You may still have my email from our last transaction for the head light bezels...

If the switch you're looking for is the same as the one in the 1984 Ninety Eight, I can check the one in the local boneyard for you.
