I am about 95% sure that this is what I think it is. If someone knows differently, let me know.
This is actually a NOS piece. Unfortunately, it had been sitting in a damp basement for 30 years. So look at the pics closely.
Was part of a buyout of a defunct Olds dealership back in the 80's. Only part of the part number tag is left and the original box is in poor shape.
But you can see the "Rak" part clearly. And I just found a great pic of a 1970 accessory brochure with a sketch of it. The Olds accessory
catalog has it listed as part number 983014 for 68-72 Vista Cruiser. The only other possibility is that it is a bigger one for a Custom Cruiser wagon or
regular Cutlass wagon. The Dimensions are 42"x29.5". I believe that fits the Vista Cruiser rack.

It folds down to mostly flat for storage. Inside has a heavy wire rod frame that pops up very easy.

The good: It is still in very good shape considering the storage. The vinyl is still very flexible and without any rips. There are some scuffs around the edges.
The straps are in nice shape. But the buckles are a bit tarnished.

The bad: The issues that I see are that there are moisture stains here and there. Also, there are some areas where
the stitching has withered away from moisture. It will need some restitching in places. Especially along the zipper. The bottom of it is made of a
compressed hard board. It is solid. But it has stains. The staples holding the vinyl top to the base are rusted...but solid.
It is definitely NOT falling apart though.

Would prefer local pick up. But will consider shipping. It wont be cheap though.
