Would you happen to have any items left for the '64 cutlass?

drec02 and Darryl, I'll send you both PM's

1964, I have a pretty complete parts car but have not begun working on my project car yet so I'm not sure what will be extra parts yet. The project car is a hardtop and the parts car a post so I know there's a few items that won't interchange. Your welcome to send me a list of what your looking for and I can see what I've got. I'm in Southern Oregon, are you by chance close enough to stop by? John

I'm not too far from ya.. I'm up in Spokane Wa.. A small list of items would be the hood letters (especially the letter "I") and the cutlass fender emblems.Front drivers side chrome eyebrow piece.

I am getting mine redone and putting all the original trim back on. I am going from white back to original regal mist/burgandy.
You can see on my site what we are doing to it.. http://www.64cutlass442.webs.com/

I'll PM you a better list if you don't mind taking my money if you sell what I need..

73cutlass

Do you have any interior parts that are not completely dry rotted for a 73 cutlass s i.e 1.pillar post
2.rear window trim
3.sail panels
Anything plastic on the interior trim would be of interest.

glhix, I know I've got some odds and ends, I'll try to take some pictures for you. If you've not created a parts wanted thread yet I'd encourage you to and list out the items you need. I've got a set of front fenders from a 1973 442 that are very nice if your car needs help there. John

Hi John,

I am looking for a tailgate switch for my 71 custom cruiser. It also can be a power tail window switch, or maybe even a cruise control switch. I can interchance the housing. Here a foto of the type of switch. i think the convertible also used a witch.

Olds 88 Rocket, can you post a picture of the backside of the switch too?

rktolds, I don't think I have the carb but may have an intake and the looms. The intakes are pretty heavy and if you can find one closer you'll save on shipping. I'll look around this weekend, but I'd also encourage you to create a parts wanted ad too.

glhix, did you ever get the interior parts? I have come across a few items and will try to post pictures this weekend.

Hi, hre a pic of the part. The housing is ok, it is all about the little lever that is broke. Here the pic

101_0190.jpg

I just got my tailgate to work through the rear switch.

Maybe you also have a working clock for in my car. I also looking for a left side dash panel, the one with the temp control and headlights. My car does not have cruise control or rear defrost. I am in bend oregon. I might ask you to ship. Thank you for your time.

Olds 88 Rocket, that switch doesn't look familiar to me so I don't think I have one. If I do find one I'll let you know.

bonezarally, I'm sorry but I no longer have the 1977.

Smile 65 f85 bumpers

John, do you have a pair of bumpers you'd part with? I am not concerned with chrome or rust...I would even consider fiberglass if I could find them...

Erik, I'm glad the hinges showed up OK. We'll be watching for pictures of your car once you get everything repaired!

buddyholly, are you planning to paint the bumpers? I think I may have a set but believe they're badly dented. If you were going to have them straightened and replated they might work, but otherwise I'm not sure it would help you out.

Olds 88 Rocket, I'm still looking but so far haven't found a switch like the one your looking for. If you haven't yet you might create a parts wanted post to see if anyone else has one. You gotta love the clamshell tailgate design

67.f-85 I've got several. Bare block from a 1966 Toro ($100) or a 1967 Olds 98 ($100). A 1966 Toro 425 mostly complete ($350), a 1967 425 from an Olds 98 mostly complete ($350). Are you close enough to pick one up or would it need to be shipped? This price doesn't include shipping and if I need to strap it to a pallet and ship I'd like $50 to cover my time.

nhuyghe, I have all of those. #7's would be the cheapest as I've got several sets of those. Price would be $100 a set plus shipping. That price includes hot tank and magniflux which I highly recommend so we both know it's a good set. If you want to pass on that, $75 and I'll do the best visual I can for cracks. This doesn't include shipping but does include my time packaging them up. If your close enough to pick them up in person I'll knock $25 off the price. If your on the East Coast I'll still ship them, but would encourage you to create a parts wanted post as I know several other members here have extras of these heads. If you can get a set close to your location you can save some money on shipping. John

can you send me a pic of the 67 block? I'm in tulsa oklahoma so i'll need it shipped. $350 + shipping sounds reasonable. do you have a clue how much shipping would be?

67.f85 I'll get you some pictures this weekend. I'm sure the bare block would be much cheaper to ship then the whole motor. But I wouldn't be surprised if shipping were more than the purchase price for either one

You may try posting in the electrical forum.
I bet Rob would know how to fix that switch if you can't find one.

STR-8-CHARGIN, shipping two heads to your zip would be $110. I've got B, C, E, G, Ga, Ka and of course J's. Small valve would be $135 a set, big valve $160 a set. That also includes me having them hot tanked and magged to make sure there's no cracks. John

I may have some parts but will need to check. Do you have a hardtop or post car? That will make a difference on the door panels and rear side panels. If you haven't created a parts wanted post yet I'd encourage you to do so. I'll look to see what I have, but 1965 parts are not as common as the 1968-72 stuff. John

fiona72, I think I do. I'll be working on the car stuff this afternoon and if I come up with one I'll take some pictures for you. Are you needing the complete shifter assembly, or just the chrome handle? John

67.f-85, here's a picture of the 1967 425 "mostly complete"

P1010197.jpg

Missing the carb and bolt on parts, it does have the California Emissions fresh air tubes attached to the heads. I didn't have time to dig out the bare block.

Sorry Matt, I lost track of your request but will look this weekend.

jjcus, do your door panels go all the way to the glass like the hardtop or is there a metal strip of several inches between the door panel and window glass?

fiona, the shifter I looked at this weekend has a crack in it. I believe I've got another so will look for that as soon as I have time, which may not be until next weekend.
