Parts

Wasted, it looks to me like the TH350 cable attaches to the gas pedal. Is this what you need?

Charlie Brown, does this look like the yoke you need?

Manifold

68ragtop, the shipping will be $22.00, price $15.00. I'm sending photos to your email address, but if you want to try a parts wanted ad and see if you can get something closer to the East Coast that's fine with me. I believe this is a mid or late 70's manifold and I have several of them. I suspect others may have these laying around too. John

Please let us know what car this originally came on.
I don't think we have that manifold number in our WIKI yet.

Manifold

Jeremy, I got one on a 1977 403 engine so I don't think it came on 68ragtop's 455. It has a #5 cast into it and the rear exhaust port dumps almost straight down, unlike the #4 manifold that was used on early 1970's small blocks.

P1010098.jpg
It's the one on the left, on the right is the #4.

TH350 cable bracket

Wasted, is this for a 2 bbl carb? What year and engine is it for? I think I've seen a bracket that has both the throttle linkage and kickdown cable attached, could that be what your looking for? John

John, the part WASTED is looking for is a metal bracket that bolts on the back 2 bolts of the carburetor on a 4bbl.
If it's a 2bbl, it bolts to the intake manifold.
It has 1 or 2 squares in it to hold the cables in place where they connect to the carburetor.

1969 Passenger side mirror

Hello Rob
Sorry I don't. A bit of information I can share though, the 1969 and 1970 chrome non-remote mirrors look a lot alike but when you compare the bases where they mount to the door they're slightly different. So if you find one get some measurements to compare with your drivers side before buying it. Years ago I came up with a set from a 1970 and tried to put them on my 1969 that's when I discovered this. Ok John, I found repro's at FUSICK'S at $64.50 ea which doesn't sound like too bad of a deal. And there's another guy on here who's making his S into a 442 and said he would have them for sale when he changes them out, but he ain't sure when that'll be. So thanks for the heads up on the 70's.

1968-72 mirrors

Rob, I'm out in the garage this afternoon and just compared the 1968-69 and a 1970-72 chrome non-remote mirrors. The base near the stem is 1 1/8" wide on the 1968-69 and is 1 1/4" wide on the 1970-72. John

1964 Shifter T handle

Sorry I don't. I have a couple shifters but they're both missing the T handle. If someone had the ability this would be a prime candidate to make reproductions of since most of them broke and were lost along the way! John

Im in mississipi. I know that shipping the hood would be a fifty fifty chance of being damaged. The rear panels would be the interior panels with the arm rest. I bought my car and the only thing i have in the interioris the seats and the console shift. I can find the stuff to cover the panels but not the panels or the muffs themselves.

Hello Alex
I was thinking the outside rear quarter panels is what you were needing. I'll have to look around to see if I have the interior parts. It may be next weekend before I can make the time for it though. You may want to post a parts wanted ad. I know there are several guys with this vintage of cars on this site. John

1972 Cutlass Supreme Parts

Good morning Jonny
I have a 1972 Cutlass S parts car with most of the parts you need, are you close enough to pick up the parts rather than ship? If your frame is bent I also have a good 1970 frame/rolling chassis. The nose from 1971 and 72 either the F85, Cutlass S, Cutlass Supreme, 442 and Cutlass Wagon & Vista Cruiser will all interchange. The grill panels look different but will fit. Any two door hardtop 1970-72 of the above cars will interchange the doors. The rear bumper is the same in 1971-72 with different tail light lenses, the 1970 will bolt up but the complete tail light configuration is different. The trunk lid, rear windshield and rear quarter panels from 1970-72 Cutlass Supreme are the same. That's a brief list of interchange on body parts. I'm always open to trades. Let me know what you'd like to see photos of. John

1970-72 parts

Hello mr-tom I probably have what you need but would like some more details on the parts. Is the tail light panel one of the colored lenses, if so which year and the upper or lower one if a 71-72? And is the body brace you need part of the frame or part of the sheetmetal where it attaches to the frame? If you could post photographs of this area it would help me see clearly the extent of what you need. John

1964 Turn Signal

Tury801 the closest thing I would have would be a 1966 Toro non-tilt/tele column. I doubt they would be the same. Can you post a photo of it in the parts wanted section? That would help others check their stash of spare parts to see if they have it. John

Hello Wasted
I've got a plastic one that's in good shape. I'm not really sure when they went from metal to plastic. I also believe but am not positive that these covers will interchange from the TH350 to the TH400, visually the 2 speed looks like it may be the same too. The one I have in mind came off a 1971 455/TH400 setup. Price would be $12.50 plus shipping. PM me your email address & zip then I'll send you some photos and a shipping estimate if you'd like. John

1975 Cutlass Fenders

75supreme, yes I think I offered you a set of 1973 fenders and found they didn't have the sidemarker lights. I do have a 1974 Supreme that's complete but has been sitting for 15 years or more, it has nice front fenders. If you were close enough I'd sell you the whole car as it would make a decent project car or great parts car. I believe the 1974 are the same as 75, if so send me a pm or email with your email address and I'll send you photos. Someone tried to make a 442 clone out of this car, but they didn't know the Supreme was the wrong body style. So it has emblems on the fenders and the 442 hood. I don't know if he drilled holes for the emblems or broke off the studs and glued them on. John
